Following yet another successful exhibition at Nampo, Light Equipment and Compact Equipment specialist, Wacker Neuson South Africa, recently hosted a farmer’s day in Hartswater in collaboration with their dealer, Hooiland.
Wacker Neuson is known for its unique production design. Now the internal vibrators of the IEC series from Wacker Neuson have been awarded the renowned iF Design Award. The internal vibrators with integrated converters combine efficiency output, sturdiness and user friendliness with a particularly good price-performance ratio.
Wacker Neuson, with its very long and distinguished record of supplying products and services to agricultural customers across the globe, once again highlighted the quality, performance and affordability of its range of German-engineered compact and robust machines showcased at this year’s Royal Agricultural Show.
The Wacker Neuson Group is planning to open a new plant near Shanghai in China. Initially compact excavators will be produced for the local market, further products will follow. It is planned that the first compact excavator should roll off the production line at the beginning of 2018.
In April, work will begin on the expansion of Wacker Neuson’s light equipment production site in Reichertshofen. The company will be investing around EUR 10 million in a new R&D center for light equipment between now and the start of 2017.
